You can drive with a car license!(IDP)
If you're planning to drive in Japan, you'll need
an International Driving Permit (IDP)
issued by a country that is a signatory of the Geneva Convention.
This permit must follow the format specified in the Convention
and should be obtained in your home country before your trip.
Alternatively, if you hold a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany,
France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan,
you will need a Japanese translation of your license.

1) Shin-Onomichi station : Conveniently accessible for customers arriving by bullet train Shinkansen.
2) Mukoujima: A 5-minute ferry ride from JR Onomichi Station. You also have hostel “Onomichi stay MINAMOTO” next to Mukaishima shop.
3) Innoshima: The place related to Murakami Navy
4) Ikuchijima (Setoda):the island located in the middle of Shimanami Kaido. It’s famous for Miraishin no Oka (Hill of Hope).
5) Imabari: It’s on the Shikoku side of Shimanami Kaido.
You can start from any of these five locations and choose “drop off” at different locations, simplifying your schedule planning!

Is there parking available, and is there a fee?●Mukaishima: We provide free parking. However, space is limited, so please contact us in advance or at the time of booking if you need parking. ●Setoda: There is a free municipal parking lot nearby. Please inquire for details. ●Shin-Onomichi, Innoshima, Imabari: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free parking. Please use the nearby coin parking facilities. Our locations are conveniently situated for public transportation.

Are there any scooters that can seat two people?Yes! We have it. Three types of motorcycles are available for two-seaters: the 125cc NMAX, PCX, and the 110cc Super Cub. We also offer an optional helmet for passengers for an additional 1,000 yen. *Please note that the 50cc Vino scooter is not available for two riders. (Single ride only)
