万が一、事故や車両トラブル（例：エンジンの不調、
タイヤのパンクなど）が発生した場合、
弊社指定の修理工場まで車両を運搬する補償です。
※本補償の対象は車両のみとなります。搭乗者様の移動費用は補償対象外となり、お客様のご負担となります。
以下の例に該当する場合、補償プランの対象外となり
全額お客様負担となります。
・事故を警察に届けなかった場合（事故証明がない場合）
・出発時にお申し出いただいた方以外の方が運転して起こした事故
・無免許運転・事故酒酔い運転による事故
・借受期間を無断で遅滞して使用された場合の事故
・返却時までに当社へ届出のなかった事故
・使用・管理上においてお客様に責任が認められる場合
・無断示談をした場合
・保険約款の免責事由に該当する事故
・同一貸渡において複数事故が発生した場合の2件目以降の事故
・法令、貸渡約款、注意事項、取扱説明書、その他当社が提示する使用方法を遵守しなかった場合及び違反があった場合の事故
以下は補償プランの対象外となります。（借受人負担)
・タイヤのパンク（レンタル期間中に使用不可となった場合に料金の返金はできかねます）
・ノンオペレーションチャージ（NOC）
自走可能：1万円 自走不可能：3万円
万一、当社の責任によらない事故、盗難、故障、汚染等の損害が発生した場合、修理、清掃費その他車両の損害賠償は
お客様のご負担となる他、その期間中の営業補償として上記金額をその損傷の程度や修理内容に関わりなくご負担頂きます。
また、自走不可能な場合は、別途陸送費用等が発生いたします。
※以下の場合でも、ノンオペレーションチャージはご請求させていただきますので特にご注意下さい
・自損事故（当て逃げなど相手が特定できない場合）、車上荒らし、盗難による車両の損傷の場合。

If you have a minor scratches, simply report it via email or our official LINE at the time of vehicle return. The usual parts replacement cost of ¥56,000 is reduced to just ¥500–¥3,000 for repairs.

Q: What are the criteria for damage coverage?
A: The insurance covers damages unless the parts are bent or cracked and cannot be repaired by replacement.
In such cases, the insurance does not apply.
Q: Can I negotiate if I tip over?
A: Negotiations are not accepted. Additionally, if payment is not made by the deadline, the insurance will not apply, and you will be billed for the standard parts replacement costs.
