Founded in 1923, it is the oldest shop in Omishima. It is a Japanese sweet that uses no preservatives and makes the most of the natural flavor, and its "Kamishima Manju" is a Japanese sweet with the crest of Oyamazumi Shrine. The castella cake dough, which has a subtle scent of mandarin orange flower honey harvested in Omishima, is harmoniously combined with the moist white bean paste, resulting in a mellow taste that is very popular. If you're lucky, you might be able to eat it fresh from the oven!
